Most Marin projects are decided long before framing. Setbacks, lot coverage, ridge height, tree protection, and creek setbacks all shape what can be built, and every jurisdiction reads its code a little differently.
We run the feasibility study first, then assemble and submit the permit set. We track corrections ourselves and sit in the counter meetings, so the owner is not managing a plan check.
